Belinda Henry Paul
August 19, 1950 – July 25, 2023

Belinda Henry Paul of Auburn, Alabama passed away in Opelika on July 25, 2023 at the age of 72. She was born in Anniston on August 19, 1950 to the late, Arthur T. and Mattie Lou (Rollins) Henry. She is also preceded in death by brothers, Pete and Ronald Henry.

She is survived by her daughter, Katherine E. Paul-Foran (Ryan); son, Russell K. Paul, Jr; grandchildren, Gavin, Riley, Declan and Finley Foran; a plethora of teachers and students whose lives she changed; and many loving cousins, friends, and other family members.

Ms. Belinda Paul graduated from Banks High School in 1968 and Samford University in 1972. After graduation, she moved to Atlanta to teach high school English and History. Belinda become the Director of Children’s Ministries at Peachtree Baptist Church where she dedicated many years supporting the children and youth who attended the church. She later moved to Auburn to become the Director of the Child Development Center at Auburn First Baptist. She finished her career at Child Care Resource Center in Opelika. At CCRC, she helped train and support teachers and child development centers in East Alabama.

A memorial service will be held at Auburn First Baptist on Sunday July 30, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. CT. A visitation with the family will follow the service.
