Bryan Patrick Salter

Bryan Patrick Salter of Smyrna, Georgia passed away in Montgomery, Alabama on April 4, 2024 at the age of 44.
Bryan Patrick Salter was born in Marietta, Georgia on December 11, 1979 to Mary Hagman Salter and the late, Robert Lee Salter.
Bryan passed away at home after an extensive battle with a rare, genetic form of Early-Onset Alzheimer’s. He participated in 12 years of research at Washington University in St. Louis in hopes of helping find a cure.
He is survived by his brother, Bradley Salter; sister, Carrie Salter Richardson; aunt, Barbara Pelli; uncle, Ret. Lt. Colonel James Pelli; nieces, Hannah Richardson and Rylee Richardson; and nephew, Jacob Richardson.
Bryan was immensely loved and touched the lives of everyone who knew him. He could fill any room with love, light, and laughter. Bryan was kind, funny, down to earth, and a truly wonderful person, and he will be remembered and missed by all of his friends and family.
Donations can be made to the Alzheimer’s Association on behalf of Bryan.
A celebration of life will be held in summer of 2024 to spread his ashes in the ocean, a place he truly loved.
