With great sadness, we announce the sudden and too soon passing of Kristin Wilkinson (1971-2020) loving wife, mother, sister, and friend.  Kristin was born and raised in San Diego, California to Larry and Nancy Lindsay.  She graduated from New Life Academy and obtained her EMT certification in 1990.  She was married to David Wilkinson in 1992 and embraced life as an Army wife, working at base hospitals and volunteering on many boards and committees at bases around the county and overseas.  Kristin was an avid outdoorswoman, loved sailing and surfing, camping, and river trips.  She loved to travel, and spent a summer backpacking through Europe with her kids.  Her love and wisdom raised four wonderful children who were the focus of her life.  Kristin was Mom not just to her kids, but also to many of her children’s friends and many that she cared for over the years, dispensing love, learning, and life lessons in ways only she could manage.

She is survived by her parents, Larry and Nancy Lindsay; her husband David Wilkinson; her children Ciera (Robert) Price, Samantha Wilkinson, Andrew (Victoria) Wilkinson, and Nichole Wilkinson.  She also was “abuelita” to her grandson, Brantley Price.  She is also survived by her brother Nick Lindsay, and a host of cousins, aunts, uncles, and loving friends.

Please join us to celebrate her life at 3PM Tuesday, June 16th, with a service at Saint Michael the Archangel church, 1100 North College Street in Auburn.  The internment will be private.
