Mr. Howard Jones, Jr., age 72, of Opelika, AL passed away at EAMC on July 31,2021. He was born in Rhode Island to the late Howard Jones, Sr. and Beatrice Jones.
Mr. Jones is survived by his children, Angela (Darrell) Shelton, Howard (Erin) Jones 3rd, Wade Jones and Alan Tran; 2 brothers; Ronnie (Tina) Ruest and Garry Jones; grandchildren, Kambri Jones, Joshua (Desirae) Shelton, Hayley Smith, Brayden smith, Jordan Jones, Kelsey Bodie, Kaleigh (Timothy) Etchison, Haley (Corey) Millar, Emmy Shae, and Dillion Crosby; 7 great grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews.
Mr. Jones is proceeded in death by his parents, and sister, Pam.
Mr. Jones was an avid fisherman, hunter, and a big Alabama fan. He served in the Vietnam war. He loved his children and grandchildren with all his heart.
Memorial service will be Thursday, August 12, 2021 8 a.m. CST at Lee County Lake in Beauregard, AL.
