Nicholas Scott Faison (Nick), 28, of Virginia Beach, Virginia, passed on June 18, 2023. Nicholas was born on September 20, 1994.
Nick was raised in Virginia Beach, VA and a graduate of Landstown High School where he was a stand-out baseball player. Nick was a proud member of the Tidewater Drillers baseball organization. Nick attended Norfolk State University and Patrick Henry College on baseball scholarship. Nick enlisted in the US Army in May of 2016 and after completing training, Nick and his wife Ashtin where stationed in Hawaii and Colorado before Nick attended Special Forces Assessment and Selection and completing the arduous “Q” course and dawning the coveted Green Beret in Oct 2021. Nick and Ashtin where blessed with their daughter Carter Brie Faison on 23 Oct 2021. Nick was a devoted father and husband. Nick was assigned to 3RD Special Forces Group at the time of death. Nick will be remembered for his love of family, humility and sense of duty.
Nick is survived by his wife, Bryce Ashtin Faison and daughter Carter Brie Faison of Virginia Beach Va., His father, Scott Faison of Virginia Beach Va, Mother, Ana (Millie) Faison of Humacao Puerto Rico, sister Kristy Wheeler of Silverdale Wa as well as several Aunts, Uncles and cousins.
A celebration of life will be held at New Realm Brewing in Virginia Beach on 30 June 2023 from 3PM to 6PM. all friends, family and teammates are welcome to attend.
