Buddy passed away on June 25, 2019 at the age of 76 years old. Visitation for Buddy will take place on Saturday, June 29, 2019 from 10:00 – 10:45 a.m. in the parlor of Alabama Funeral Homes and Cremation Centers of Camp Hill, Alabama. Funeral service will follow at 11:00 a.m. in the chapel of Alabama Funeral Homes and Cremation Centers. Burial will follow in Rock Springs Baptist Church Cemetery.

Buddy was proceeded in death by his parents, Helen and Lee Wright; son, Scotty Wright; and brother, Eddie Wright.

He is survived by his children, Helen Elizabeth Guthrie (Chris) and Jerry Wright; grandchildren, Hollie Williams and Destiney Wright; one great-granddaughter, Hailey Williams; sister, Margie McDaniel; and brother, Bobby Wright (Marilyn).
