David Noah Andrews
August 20, 1958 – January 6, 2025
David Noah Andrews, born on August 20, 1958, at Crawford Long Hospital in Atlanta, Georgia. He passed away peacefully January 6, 2025, at East Alabama Medical Center in Opelika, Alabama. He was 66 years old.
David was the beloved father of his only daughter, Rachel McCormick, and the proud grandfather of Trae Allen and Daniel Troy McCormick. He is also survived by his sister Cheryl Burch and her husband Jeff, as well as several nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, Doris Reddy and George Ernest Andrews, and his brother Michael Andrews.
David found joy in life’s simple pleasures. He loved playing golf along with a multitude of other sports, cherishing time spent with family and friends, and offering a helping hand to those in need. His warmth and generosity left a lasting impression on all who knew him.
May his memory bring comfort to his loved ones and all who were fortunate enough to share in his life.
There will be a celebration of life gathering to be announced later by the family.
