Edward Shane Perry

Mr. Edward Shane Perry, age 45, formally of Lanett, AL, passed away on March 23rd, 2021 in Lagrange, GA. He was born February 16th, 1976.

Mr. Perry is survived by his two children, Lainey Makall Perry, of Cusseta, AL, and Zachery Mitchell Scott Perry, of Lanett, AL; his mother, Rhonda Dabbs Perry Lariscy, of Opelika, AL; two sisters, Crystal Nicole Perry Hamlet, of Cusseta, AL, and Marissa Shyanne Perry Lariscy of Opelika, AL; his partner, Jason Harger of Lagrange, GA; and a large extended family of aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.

He was preceded in death by his Father, Jerry B. Perry and his grandparents, George and Louise S Dabbs of Lanett, AL, Phillip and Doris J Phillips-Fowler of Ware Shoales, SC.

He was a member of Plant City Baptist Church where he was a member of the All-State Choir.

Mr. Perry graduated from Lanett High School, Class of 1994. He later received his Bachelor of Science Technical Management Degree from Devry Decatur, Class of 2011.

Some of his earlier jobs included working at WCJM Radio in West Point,GA as an announcer, followed by Intercall, and Prolific Plastics.

He enjoyed singing, fishing, yard work, and cooking. He was an avid crafter. He mostly enjoyed spending quality time with his kids and family. He will be missed.
