Gregory Allen Van Stone passed away on June 26, 2025, in Elmore, Alabama, at the age of 56. He was born on September 23, 1968, in Waukegan, Illinois.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Ann Van Stone, and his sister, Dawn Van Stone. He is survived by his father, Jeffery Van Stone; his siblings, Angela Wiltz, Crystal Beisert, Cherie Van Stone, and Jeffery Van Stone Jr.; and his nieces and nephews: Sage Wiltz, Paige Ferrell, Brittany Beisert, Brennon Wiltz, James Ferrell II, and Dylan Ferrell.

Gregory was a skilled artist who found joy in drawing and illustration. He had a lifelong appreciation for animals, especially his beloved dog, Belle. He was a talented welder and taught welding classes, passing on his knowledge to others.

He will be remembered and missed by those who knew and loved him.
