Jackie June Lake

February 15, 1967-October 11, 2022

Jackie June Lake, of Cottondale, AL, passed away October 11, 2022 at DCH Regional Medical Center in Tuscaloosa. She was 55 years old.

Jackie was preceded in death just 3 months prior by her husband of 35 years David Lake, Grandmother-in-law Jessie Hawkins, Mother-in-law Charlotte Mullins, Brother-in-law Michael Lake, and Nephew Chris Watkins.

She is survived by her Sister-in-laws Sheila Thrasher of Tuscaloosa, AL and Susan Lancaster(Rick) of Gordo, AL, and many nieces and nephews.

Jackie was born in Cullman, AL and moved to Tuscaloosa where she met her soulmate David Lake. They were together for 37 years. She was a Waitress for 37 years, including 10 years at Piccadilly Cafeteria in Tuscaloosa and most recently 15 years at Baumhauer's Victory Grille in Tuscaloosa. Jackie loved The Lord, her husband, her cats Blacky and Tiger, her family, her friends and co-workers at Baumhauer's, and watching old TV shows.

A Memorial Service will be held graveside at North Pickens Church of Christ in Gordo, AL on Saturday, October 22, 2022 at 1:00 p.m. CT.
