Janice Louise Veasey

Janice Louise Veasey of Dadeville, Alabama passed away on November 5, 2023. She was 75 years old.

Janice was a loving wife, mother, sister, and friend and a member of Pleasant Springs Baptist Church of Tuskegee, Alabama. She was born on February 11, 1948 to the late, William Curtis and Bertha Mae Bishop.

She is survived by her husband of 58 years, Donnie Veasey; children, Wayne Veasey (Lena), David Veasey (Angeline), Doug Veasey (Lynn Ross), Patty Veasey Moon (Davy); grandchildren, Kaitlyn Clarke (Donald), Wayne Veasey, Jr., Amber James (Eric), Amanda Veasey (De Lamb), Jacob Veasey, Madelyn Gentry; great-grandchildren, Mia Clarke, Samuel Clarke, Archer Finley, Hayden James, and Oliver James; siblings, Linda Bishop Willeford (Thomas), Curtis Bishop, Jr. (Beverly), Michael Bishop (Ann), Debra Bishop Moore, Scott Bishop (Dixie); and many loving nieces, nephews, cousins, friends, and other family members.

A service will be held at Pleasant Springs Baptist Church of Tuskegee, AL on November 17, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. CT with Pastor Ronald Sumner officiating.
