John David Beavers

April 26, 1959 – January 18, 2022

John David Beavers was born on April 26, 1959, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, and died on January 18, 2022 in Montgomery, Alabama, at the age of 62. He was also preceded in death by his parents Richard and Sue Beavers, his step-father, Bill Damewood, and many aunts, uncles and cousins.

John graduated in 1977 from Westside High School in Omaha, Nebraska, and He attended University of Nebraska at Omaha. He then became a car salesman and worked his way up to general sales manager.

John is survived by his children David Beavers of Nashville, Tennessee, and Janie Beavers of Baton Rouge, Louisiana, and four grandchildren: Kynnedy Beavers, Kambrie Beavers, Triston Beavers and Delilah Turner. Also surviving John are his brother Mike Beavers and sister brother-in-law Leisa and David French, and half-brother David Damewood.

He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews and cousins as well as two ex-wifes, Monica and Angela, with whom he remained friends.

A memorial service will be held at St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church in Sulphur, Oklahoma. The service will be February 22, 2022 at 2:00, with burial to follow at Oakland Cemetery.
