John Franklin ("Frank") Phillips passed away at his home on January 12, 2023, his 80th year. Predeceased by parents (Clayton and Edna Phillips), brothers (Daniel, Henry, Sam, and David), and sister (Carolyn Frost), Mr. Phillips is survived by his brothers Leo (Pearl), Eddie (Linda) and Harry (Mandy), sister Sylvia (David) Payne, and his wife of 56 years, Linda, and their two children, Stephanie (Tony) Montes and Jennifer (KC) Wagner; Grandfather to Brian John ("Jack") (Tiffany) Gottlieb, Madeline (Ty) Piper, Katie Gottlieb, Alec (Brittany) Gottlieb, Olivia Wagner, Diego Montes, and Tiara Gottlieb-Dennison, Marco (Kristina) Montes, Alyssandra (Tommy) Embrich; Great Grandfather to Lorelei and Wyatt Dennison, Aurelia Montes, and Clayton Gottlieb; and Uncle and Great Uncle to many nieces and nephews.

A family gathering for a Celebration of Life will be held on Sunday, January 15, 2023. He will be fondly remembered and sorely missed.
