Lucia (Lucy) M Potter of Phenix City, Alabama passed away at Home on July 11, 2021 at the age of 72. She was born on June 18, 1949 in the Parish of Raminho of the municipality of. Angra do Heroismo Azores Portugal.

She is survived by her soulmate of almost 27 years Nick and her children, Scott Potter and Michael Potter, grandchildren Curtis England, Shannon Potter, Jamison McGee, Tevin Dossette, Great grandchildren, Joseph and Tucker McGee.

Lucy was strong, energetic, loving and caring mother and wife. She enjoyed meeting, talking and corresponding with family and friends on Facebook whom she held very close to her heart.

She had lots of energy and was not was not afraid to help anyone if she could, if she saw a person in need she always did what she could from a word of encouragement to giving them food, in her heart she loved everyone she met.

We can't forget about her pets (3 cats and 3 dog) that she loved and adored and always referred to as her kids. Lucy was loved so deeply by her family and friends and will be sorely missed.
