Pamela Carr Headley

Pamela Carr Headley, born August 18, 1962, went home to be with the Lord, Saturday, April 11, 2026, after a sudden illness. Pam was a resident of Prattville, Alabama.
Pam was a devoted and affectionate mother who always made sure her son knew how much he was loved, and she was a loving sister and aunt.
She was affectionately known as Pammy Wammy to her great-nieces and nephews who she entertained with interest in everything they did and her unending laughter. She loved her sweet tea and sitting at her kitchen table listening to the radio and reading her Bible. She also loved spending time with her family and friends. She would tell everyone how very blessed she was and found contentment in any situation. She always had a smile on her face.
Pam was proceeded in death by her husband, Douglas Headley; and parents, Thomas C. and Elizabeth Nummy Carr.
She is survived by her son, John Vick Headley; brother, Thomas (Terri) Carr; sisters, Melissa (Woody) Woodruff and Beverly (Robert) Lipham;
Uncles, Bobby Nummy and Bob Stacy; Aunts, Teresa Stacy, Joan Nummy, and Gracie Nummy; and a host of dearly loved extended family and friends.
A Memorial Celebration of Pam’s life will be held Monday, April 20, 2026, at Hunter Hills Church in Prattville, Alabama. Visitation at 5:00pm with funeral to follow at 6:00pm.
