Robert Earl Jackson

Robert Earl Jackson passed away on October 25, 2021. Robert was born July 23, 1948 to the late Mary Louise Pike Jackson and George Earl Jackson. He is predeceased in death by his sister, Carolyn Fay Phillips and brother, Clifford Ray Jackson. He is survived by his sister, Vivian Jackson McCain and brother, Charles (Scarlett) Jackson, numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

Robert was a painter by trade, painting numerous homes in the Opelika-Auburn area for many years. He was an avid Auburn fan and loved to fish at the local lakes. But… he loved nothing more than sitting on the front porch of his Mama's house, telling stories and entertaining friends. Robert had a loving kind spirit and will be dearly missed by family and friends, most especially his special nephew and caregiver, Steve and Erika McCain and lifelong friend, James (P.R.) Parr.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
